Join Sophie and fellow mommas-to-be for a morning of yoga and community connection!
This 90-minute taster session will be an opportunity for mums-to-be to trial a pregnancy yoga class in a nurturing, supportive space held by the capable hands of an experienced teacher.
Location: Streatham, South London.
What to expect?
- Drinks and nibbles on arrival
- Short introduction to pregnancy yoga and its benefits
- A pregnancy-safe vinyasa flow designed to connect you with body and baby
- Closing meditation and journalling
What to bring?
- Please wear comfortable clothes appropriate for movement and stretching. Layers recommended (socks, hoodies etc., for comfort)
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat (please let Sophie know ASAP if you do not own one to bring)
- Journal/diary or some paper and a pen for journalling
