Join us for our third community walk and sauna event where we take yoga off the mat, out of London, and into the wild.
For this excursion, we’ll be walking 10km+ from Box Hill to Buckland Lake where we’ll end with sauna, cold plunge, and yin yoga. Optional paddle boarding can be added on at an additional cost.
Expect dramatic views from the Box Hill Summit near Dorking, stunning forest scenes, a mix of terrains, and lots of fun.
The walk is intermediate level and covers multiple terrains with varying, at times challenging, elevations, so good shoes and a positive mindset are required!
